Delta Remodeling is a boutique remodeling company. Our business was founded in 1987 and we service Northern Chicagoland, The Northern Chicago Suburbs, as well as the North Shore. We pride ourselves on our high level of expertise, consistent high quality of workmanship, as well as our friendly, customer centered attitude. We are an active team that helps you through the whole process of redesigning your living spaces. After understanding your ideas, we prepare a 3D design of your space for you to visualize and then we start to remodel following these designs.

Delta helped us gut and restore our dated master bathroom. They were extremely helpful in rolling with the various changes that we had to make along the way and being patient as we took a break to figure out some last minute changes to our design. If there was one thing they could have done better, it would be forcing us to be more organized so we wouldn't have had to take a break when things didn't go as planned. If you're looking for flexibility and a make anything work attitude, Delta is the company for your project.

From the initial meeting with Kasia and Sebastian through the entire project with Robert and Irek completely remodeling the master bathroom, the kids bathroom and the powder room, they all worked with us to create three beautiful bathrooms. They are exactly what we wanted. We love it all. Kasia was always available to keep us up to date with what was happening and quickly answer any questins we had. Robert is a master craftsman who made sure everything was exactly how we liked it. Delta remodeling did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! Kasia and her entire crew of workers were friendly and pleasant to work with. She was always available, and addressed any of my questions or concerns immediately through text or phone calls. Any design questions that I had for her were answered with photo examples to give a better idea of what it would look like. This made all of the decisions quick and easy.Janusz and his attention to details is very obvious in his work. Owners Kasia & Sebastian met with us several times at our home before we even signed a contract and we appreciate their time and flexibility, including bringing in their carpenter, as the scope of the project increased in size. They refinished 100 year old hardwood floors, rebuilt our staircase, installed a new closet door, and replaced crown moulding and baseboards. All of the woodwork was stained (two different colors) and the workmanship is superb. The owners truly care about the quality of the work and employees that they hire. Examples of this include Kasia showing up on a Sat. morning after we called her on a Fri. night because we were concerned about the stain floor color. She & an employee worked with the varnish to create what we wanted and we are very pleased. Another example is Sebastian spending hours hand-selecting large quarter-sawn oak trim pieces for our front hallway. The owners are hands-on, visit often, and step in whenever needed, including carrying out padding, taping, and cleaning up. Kasia also promptly responds to calls, texts, and emails. We are detail-oriented and Kasia is the same so no request of ours was ever denied. We are so pleased with the outcome of the project that we asked them to give us an estimate for another large woodworking project in our home and have already recommended them to others.
