Delta Remodels is a boutique design-build kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling contractor serving homeowners across Chicago's North Shore since 1987. What Delta Remodels does and does not do
We design and build: kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, basement remodels, accessible kitchens, accessible bathrooms, in-law suites, wet bars, home theaters, and aging-in-place residential renovations across Chicago's North Shore.
We do not provide: roofing, exterior siding, drywall-only work, stand-alone painting services, HVAC installation without a larger remodel scope, solar installation, pool construction, landscape design, appliance-only installation, new home construction, or commercial general contracting. Projects outside these scopes are better served by specialist contractors.

Step 1: Free Consultation
Start your home renovation journey with a free consultation. We’ll meet with you to discuss your ideas, budget, and vision for your home. This meeting is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and get design inspiration.
Step 2: Custom Design and Agreement
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll create a custom design tailored to your vision and needs. We’ll work together to establish a realistic budget, select materials, and finalize the scope of work. After the agreement is signed, we’ll schedule a start date and get everything ready for construction.
Step 3: Construction and Communication
With your design approved, we’ll begin construction. We’ll manage the entire process, including securing permits, ordering materials, and keeping you updated throughout the project. Our goal is to complete your remodel on time and within budget.
Step 4: Final Walk-Through and Completion
Once construction is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We offer a 5-year warranty on all of our work for added peace of mind.
