We’ll work together to establish a realistic budget, select materials, and finalize the scope of work. After the agreement is signed, we’ll schedule a start date and get everything ready for construction.
Step 3: Construction and Communication
With your design approved, we’ll begin construction. We’ll manage the entire process, including securing permits, ordering materials, and keeping you updated throughout the project. Our goal is to complete your remodel on time and within budget.
Step 4: Final Walk-Through and Completion
Once construction is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We offer a 5-year warranty on all of our work for added peace of mind.
